I love the painterly feel this has. The red, green, blue, and brown work together beautifully and you did a great job using the waterline to draw the eye into the photo.

I also like the little bench in the front it adds a nice bit of human interest. However there's a bit of graffiti on the left side that's taking a bit of attention away. I'd suggest cloning it out or if you'd like to keep it changing the color to one closer to the bench so it's not competing with the green leaves near it.

My other suggestion is that on the left side, where the land and the red bush in the foreground meet, I think there's too much red. It's taking attention away from the right side. I'd recommend toning the red land down, just from the edge of the photo to the trees, using the red gamma correction.
