This is magnificent and outstanding and I really love this colours in this shot. Everything comes out very well. Like how it harmonized with the background and you still can see the skyline in this late evening or night shot. The red and green interact very well together and the bue-white light does not take over the whole scenery what you always find in many shots.
I do loved as kid playing with those little toys and couldn't get enough of it. Looks like the DB finally got really some nice trains and must have spend millions for this :)

Excellent shot my friend and I hope we'll see a lot moar ;)

Brilliant lighting! It is so difficult to capture night images. It is obvious that you have mastered the art and technical aspects of night shoots. I like the perspective. You shot from an angle that is not too low, nor is it too high. I like the track switch in the foreground as it steers the viewers eyes toward the train on the left, which then sharpens the contrast with the train on the right. The image flows nicely. After the viewer has taken in the entire image, only then does the surprise hidden in the details begin to emerge. And, what detail there is!! Great DOF...nothing is lost to the viewer. Very good contrast, and excellent color gradation.

Jepp, sieht so einfach aus, isses aber nicht. Ich wünschte mir, so gut fotografieren zu können. So, das es aussieht als wäre es ganz leicht.

Beautiful shot!
The composition of the shot is great, and I love how the lights in the top half balance out the tracks on the bottom.
